We’ve created five leadership training workshops which speak to the needs of new and emerging leaders in this fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
Experiential and thought-provoking, our training will enable you to explore your authentic leadership style and personal impact through the prism of the issues affecting today’s leaders.
You’ll see how you can become a more inspirational and effective leader; versatile, self-aware and with a success mindset. You’ll explore and understand what it means when you don’t just let leadership happen to you, but you step into Conscious Leadership.
Our programmes give you content but also help you connect the learning and insights to your unique context. As a part of the workshop you have continued support for three months to help you explore and embed changes and ideas in your role as a leader back in the organization.

Workshop 01:
Leadership Ground Zero
(For groups of up to eight, or 1:1)
You’ll benefit from this workshop if you are
What will you get?
Leadership Ground Zero is an engaging and practical programme which will give you the tools, skills and mindset to craft your personal leadership style.
This includes:
• Two full days or four half days for the workshop
• Eight hours of individual one-on-one coaching sessions scheduled at a mutually convenient time over a three-month period after the live workshop.
What will you do at the workshop?
• Explore case studies and do role plays taken from typical corporate situations which will bring competencies and models to life
• Highlight learnings so you can root your leadership style in your strengths and develop and lead high performing teams
• Start thinking about what you want to get out of the eight leadership coaching sessions you’ll have in the three months after the workshop
Key components: Leadership competencies, building high performing teams, performance through people, developing personal purpose-driven leadership, Emotional Intelligence, your leadership style and vision.
After the workshop you will

1:1 leadership coaching
Your post-workshop coaching sessions will give you a safe 1:1 environment to explore your personal mindset, belief systems and assumptions that could be getting in the way of showing up as the leader you want to be. These personal coaching sessions will also give you the space to develop your strategy while developing and enriching your leadership style.
Workshop 02:
Leadership Accelerator
(For groups of up to eight, or 1:1)

You’ll discover the art of leading from the inside out, how to develop a success mindset and the neuroscience of leadership; all in the service of creating high performing teams.
This includes:
• Three full days or six half days
• Eight hours of individual one-on-one coaching scheduled at a mutually convenient times over a three-month period after the live workshop
What will you do at the workshop?
• Explore what it takes to radiate daring leadership and how you as a leader can build grit and resilience
• Learn about the latest concepts in neuroscience and business psychology so you can leverage how we are wired to achieve the results and success we want
• Look at how to lead change effectively by understanding the natural resistance that occurs when it’s time for you to step up
• Take part in series of real-life scenarios, role plays and experiential learning so you can craft your own strategies to lead from a place of authenticity and emotional intelligence, using negotiation and influence to navigate leadership challenges
Key components: the authenicity circle, moving to WeQ, developing success mindset, neuroscience of leadership, leading through change, handling feedback, building your resilience, the art of negotiation and influencing.
After the workshop you will

Workshop 03:
Leadership Communications, Presence and Impact
(For groups of up to eight, or 1:1)

This action packed, highly experiential workshop gets to the heart of what we need from our leaders today- to speak congruently from their heart and their gut as much as from their head.
This workshop focuses on different aspects of communications, presence and influencing to help participants lead from an embodied, energetic, heartfelt and intuitive way of being in our lives and in our work.
This includes:
• a workshop delivered over three full days (ideally over a month) or six half day sessions
• Eight hours of individual one-on-one coaching scheduled at a mutually convenient time over a three-month period after the live workshop
What will you do at the workshop?
• We will go beyond the obvious realms of communication and tap into attributes, behaviours and practices that can enable stronger presence and command in work situations.
• We also focus on the mind-body connection and what it takes to make leadership presence and impact second nature.
• As a result, you will be able to harness your personal power in the workplace as leaders.
Key components: Language of the body, owning your story, corporate story-telling, conversational energy flow model, appreciative inquiry, tapping and grounding in your presence, crafting impact, Nudge theory, Powerful persuasion, conversation for different personalities, communicating with confidence.
After the workshop you will
• have tools and strategies to create your leadership style; with your own persuasion and influencing tools
• understand of your personal communication style and its impact on others

Workshop 04:
100 days: Leadership Impressions
(1:1)
You’ll benefit from this workshop if you are
What will you get?
The ability to quickly establish your credibility with peers, superiors and subordinates so your first 100 days position you for future success.
This includes:
• a three 1:1 immersive sessions covering a blend of consultancy, training and strategy building. These all day sessions are intensive working sessions used to collaboratively map
• Twelve individual one-on-one coaching sessions scheduled at a mutually convenient time over the 100 day period.
What will you do during the immersive sessions?
The first few months in a new role are critical. You don’t know the scale of challenge ahead of you, and how you can succeed and delay in creating momentum can make the begining of your leadership journey feel like an uphill battle.
To this end, we work with you to create a bespoke programme so that you can get a fast start on the right track. Based on your specific circumstance, you’ll learn relevant tools, tips and techniques on how to be seen and known as an effective and inspirational leader who hits the ground running.
In this workshop we focus on creating your leadership brand, crafting your messages and engagement strategy with key stakeholders, developing your visibility plan and put that in action in early days. As part of your 100 days strategy we also look at your wellbeing and resilience and strategies to help you peak your performance.
After the workshop you will
• feel more confident about how to position yourself in the role and the organisation
• have the tools to develop your strategies to tap into your inner strength and resilience
• will have a clearly articulated personal leadership philosophy
• have a strong internal compass which gives you greater self-knowledge, greater self-confidence and grit to put yourself out there
• have clear messages developed for your current business context and a visibility plan to be seen where it matters
• have a clear leadership brand that creates strong impressions and lasting impact
1:1 leadership coaching
You will receive twelve hours of 1:1 coaching with a globally accredited leadership coach. This will provide you with a safe environment to think through your challenges, aspirations and mindset in your day to day performance in the new role. The coaching sessions will give you the change to step back, think and strategise in a way that you can craft and strengthen your inner game to be able to navigate through external challenges, pressures and ever changing business environment.
Coaching sessions commence after the first immersive day and are spaced throughout the 100 day period to support you to exude your best.
Workshop 05:
Conscious Leadership
(For groups of up to eight, or 1:1)

• four virtual mindfulness sessions, these will be live sessions with a practical element
• Eight hours of individual one-on-one coaching scheduled at a mutually convenient time over a three-month period after the live workshop
What will you do at the workshop?
• Learn why and how you need to be of service to your own growth and your own expansion, with a willingness to step outside your comfort zone time and time again
• Understand how you can show up as your most powerful and authentic self
• Identify, plan and move through your old patterns of behaviour, around self-sabotage, procrastination, fear of failure, fear of success, ego trips and other ways you’ve always played it safe
• Delve into what it takes to develop purpose driven leadership that engages hearts and minds to create a culture that encourages success
• Learn techniques to recalibrate your leadership style to influence and respond to change

This is an action packed workshop that will help you position yourself on the career gorwth ladder with authenticity, owning your superpowers rather than trying to fit in the rat race or career fads. If you’ve had enough of trying to fit in all the time and want to take charge of proactive career growth this is just the workshop for you.
This includes:
• Two full days or four half days for the workshop
• Six hours of individual one-on-one coaching sessions scheduled at a mutually convenient time over a three-month period after the live workshop.
What will you do at the workshop?
•We will work on your personal leadership and understand and tap into your intrinsic motivation.
•We will explore personal mastery, working on some live challlenges and shifting some habits that are not serving you
•We focus on being clear and connected with your core and using your strengths as your calling card.
